Non-urgent advice: Enhanced Access & Out of Hours
Sunderland Enhanced Access Service If you can’t get an appointment with your GP or can’t get there during the day due to work or other commitments you can use the Enhanced Access Service.
Sunderland offers extra appointments seven days a week at your local out of hours site, alternatively it may be possible to arrange an appointment at another site across the city which your practice will arrange. Get more information about the Sunderland GP Enhanced Access Service.
Emergencies and Out of Hours
Northern Doctors Urgent Care (NDUC) are responsible for providing out of hours care on behalf of the Practice between the hours of 6.00 pm and 8.00 am Monday to Friday, then 24-hour care on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
